1. Who can register and place orders on BracStore?

Ans: BracStore is a B2B platform. Only business customers (companies, sole traders or other registered entities) can open an account and place orders after their registration has been verified and approved.

2. How do I get access to prices and start ordering?

Ans: To see prices and place orders you must first create an account and log in. After your company data has been checked and your account activated, all net/gross prices and the full offer become visible and you can order online.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

Ans: We accept several payment options for our business partners, such as bank prepayment, online card payments via a secure payment operator, traditional bank transfer based on invoice, and, for some destinations, cash on delivery. The available methods are shown when you place your order.

4. How are shipping, delivery time and minimum order value handled?

Ans: Orders are shipped with trusted courier companies. On working days, orders are usually processed within 24 hours; delivery time depends on the courier and destination. For wholesale customers there is a minimum order value (e.g. from 250 € net), and shipping costs or free-shipping thresholds may vary depending on order value and country.
