These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the purchase of products and/or services made through the bracstore.com website (hereinafter, the "Site"). By placing an order on the Site, the user fully accepts these Terms and Conditions.

1. Site Owner
The Site is operated by:

(hereinafter "Bracstore" or "Seller").

2. Purpose
The Seller sells products intended for consumers and/or professionals (B2C and/or B2B, if applicable) through the Site. The essential characteristics of the products are shown in the product pages.

3. Registration and Account
To make purchases, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information and remain responsible for your login credentials and all activity performed through your account.

4. Product Availability
The availability indicated on the Site is indicative and may vary for technical reasons or updates. In the event of total or partial unavailability after placing an order, the Seller will inform the customer and offer:
• a full/partial refund, or
• replacement with an equivalent item (subject to customer acceptance), or
• awaiting replenishment (subject to customer acceptance).

5. Prices and Invoicing
Prices are indicated in euros and [include/exclude] VAT (specify). Any shipping, cash on delivery, or additional services are clearly indicated before order confirmation. For invoicing, the customer is required to enter the requested information correctly. For B2B purchases, additional information may be requested (VAT number, SDI/PEC, etc.).

6. Purchase Procedure and Contract Conclusion
The order is finalized when the customer completes the purchase process and receives an order confirmation via email. The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in the event of:
• incomplete or unverifiable information,
• suspected fraud or misuse,
• product unavailability,
• obvious pricing or description errors.

7. Payments
Payment can be made using the methods available on the Site (e.g., card, bank transfer, PayPal, etc.). If payment is unsuccessful, the order may not be confirmed or may be canceled. For bank transfers, the order will only be processed after the payment has been received (unless otherwise indicated).

8. Shipping and Delivery
The Seller ships to the address indicated by the customer. Delivery times and costs are communicated at the time of ordering and may vary depending on the destination and courier. The Seller is not responsible for delays due to force majeure or attributable to the courier (strikes, weather events, logistics blockages, etc.), without prejudice to assistance with shipment management.

8.1 Inspection upon delivery
Upon delivery, the customer must verify:
• integrity of the packaging,
• correspondence of packages,
• any obvious damage.
In the event of anomalies, the customer must accept the goods with reservations, specifying the reason (e.g., "damaged package") and contact Bracstore within 24-48 hours with photos.

9. Legal guarantee and conformity
For consumer customers (B2C), the Legal Guarantee of Conformity provided for by the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) applies. The Seller is liable for any defects in conformity that become apparent within the legal deadlines.

For professional/business customers (B2B), the guarantees provided for by the Civil Code apply, unless otherwise agreed.

10. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers Only)
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without having to provide a reason, except for exceptions provided by law (e.g., opened sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, digital content already used, etc.).

10.1 Procedure: To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send written notification to Bracstore (email/certified email) indicating:
• order number,
• product(s),
• intent to withdraw.

10.2 Returns and Refunds: The product must be returned:
• intact, complete with accessories and original packaging (if applicable),
• not used beyond what is necessary to verify its condition and functioning,
• within 14 days of notification of withdrawal.
The refund will be made after inspection of the return and in any case within the legal deadlines, using the same payment method (unless otherwise agreed). Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed or the Seller is responsible for the defect/inaccuracy.

11. Returns for defective or incorrect products
In the event of a defective, damaged, or non-compliant product, the customer must contact customer support, indicating the order number and attaching photos/videos. Bracstore will provide instructions for handling the problem.
